Villa and Design House
In 1906 the prestigious villa was built by the industrialist family Bruns as a wedding gift for their daughter. More than hundred years later, in september 2012, the First Class Superior Hotel was inaugurated. At that time it was composed of 13 rooms and suites, a bistro, as well as a small but superb wellness and relaxation area. In 2014 the new construction of the Design House added not only another 12 rooms and suites but also an exclusive seminar area and conference rooms to the Park Villa Hotel.

A special ambience
Entering the Villa you will at once be enchanted by the atmosphere of the 19th century. In the entrance area there is the hotel lobby with a large staircase that leads to the gallery encircling the hall. The park, that has been redesigned and now covers an area of 0,5 hectares, invites you to go for walks or to relax in the shadow of the trees.
The position at Wuppertal
On the hills south of Wuppertal, near the water tower of Lichtscheid in direct proximity to the motorways A1 and A46. Only 20 – 35 minutes from trade fairs, city centres and the airports of Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund and Essen. You can reach the city centres of Düsseldorf and Cologne within 25 minutes by car or hotel shuttle – just to go shopping or for a sightseeing tour.
